After getting started with the free trial, the Concierge package is perfect for most businesses to start engaging website visitors more effectively. You’ll get contact info when (provided by visitors) with the chat transcripts, and you can always upgrade to more features if needed.
Keep in mind that if you have an online store, or your company has multiple branches/locations, or has numerous categories of products, services, or divisions, the above pricing may not apply. Your bot will likely need more extensive training.
Is some cases, your website visitors might also be better served with multiple AIGuideBots specifically trained to handle each category of interaction most efficiently. This allows the contacts and transcripts to be sent to different staff for Sales, Customer Service, etc. Larger implementations require a project assessment with a custom price quote.
